Additional items -Pen and Paper

I have an idea for a couple of new items that could add a bit more adventure to the game and allow for some on the fly user content.

2 new items - Pen and Paper.

Quite simply, the paper could be written on and left for people to find.

The note might give directions to a tent, some loot, a trap or just provide a comical moment for the user. As well as, of course, the umpteen uses the community would come up with.

Presume there would be issues at the min with the note vanishing on server resets but maybe some point down the line, when the games more stable, this might be a cool addition to the environment.

Feedback and thoughts appreciated.

I'd like to leave notes in my tents or even just a diary that you carry on your person would be pretty interesting.

Not a fan then.

Personally being a good samaritan - I would leave a tent or stash of goodies somewhere an leave a few notes giving treasure map like directions to it on the beach spawn areas.

I think it would be great to search for and find something like that.

Cool idea, but you can use the map currently to mark things and this is viewable by all with a map ;)

Yeah you can - but this could be an extension of how that can be used - a certainly more fun for both newly spawned and veteran players.

And lets face it - give people an extra thing to do after they've got kitted up.

I've thought of this idea probably because I've got my current guy pretty well kitted up and the only real options now are bandit the game up or help people.

I don't wanna be a bandit so am trying to help people - and even that isn't easy.
