Dayz - FPS lag spikes [Help me]

NVIDIA GT 520m 6.00 GB DDR3

750GB HD

Please don't use different fonts/colors if you expect anyone to read it, have you always had this fps problem or dd it only recently start occurring

They are on low to high and i haven't always had this problem
