This morning our Huey pilot lagged and the chopper crashed. The admins tried to do a quick restart for us to see if it would reappear at the last save spot, but unfortunately it didn't. How long can we expect to have to wait for a new chopper to spawn so that we can repair it?

Lol... We have their TS info so we hopped in real quick and told them what happened. We are in opposing clans and have friendly "wars" with each other, but no one wants to see something like a chopper go down to something as trivial as lag. They were having fun hunting us/it.

Check where it crashed sometimes blow up cars reappear at that point after a server restart.

And try not to admit to the restarting the server thing you are not meant to do it :P

However 7 days is what I've heard but frankly you hear many things that turn out to be wrong so take that with a pinch of salt.

I was the driver and I had a disconnection ... It crashed. I rage and my friends also...

I leave to the Airfield, and i see it burnt here (saved position). I cry.

I checked all spawn points ... several times ...

A friend mounts the rotor to try to move the helicopter, it works, but it breaks a leg ^^ ok, the chopper moved a little! Thanks man..

Ok never mind, I try to take off, the back rotor behind the wall, but the helicopter takes off! I then laid on the road and found another rotor and repaired a second time. Finally, it is green!

Flight around the map, loot crash sites ... And back to camp safely.

thanks for that story Indy76. based on those results, it sounds like the same chopper from the same spawn point may not respawn for 7 days. hwoever if the die is rolled and the chopper chooses a different spawn point, it may be on a different timer.

this is not definitive, but a good start to understanding!

Some Lingor maps have up to three UH-H1 depending upon your settings. I know of two spawn points at this point. 7 days on crashed.
