Darktide 0 Posted August 3, 2012 Ok a few days ago before we lost our chopper, and have not seen or heard it since btw. We flew around the entire map, AND we flew outside the map to see if we could locate any vehicles. We sure did, but what we noticed was there were several vehicles missing.... Like the 2nd UAZ, The Hippie Van, and the White Car. After a few days I did some reflecting and, I have not seen those vehicles on our server for almost three weeks. Almost daily I drive around the map checking around for vehicles.Has anyone had any vehicles go missing from a server? Are they deleted if someone put them outside the map? Will the respawn? Is it really a 7 day respawn timer, I read that somewhere.Server restarts every 6 hours. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I have seen a whole camp full of vehicles come and go so many times, seems like every other reset.Usually if you have a lot of vehicles (and by a lot I mean at least 5 or 6 - yeah I am one of those guys) and they are all gone but the tents and items are there then it's a bug. Darktide 0 Posted August 3, 2012 I guess my question is, IS IT possible for vehicles to fail to respawn? It's not a matter of them being well hidden or not, I flew the map more than enough times. Ive seen a vehicle blow up, and not respawn there or at its original spawn location on several restarts. Just trying to get facts here. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
slyder73 94 Posted August 3, 2012 The helicopters don't target vehicles so it's likely someone is just doing a much better job of hiding them.I found a VERY well hidden UAZ with a full complement of weapons and packs the other day and "liberated" it. (Sorry to whoever is missing all that stuff LOL)I doubt it would have been visible from the air or any road. It was deep inside a clump of trees that covered the roof entirely and it was an accident I saw the empty tent sticking out of the tree beside it that got my attention.
