If balanced correctly I'm pretty sure they can pull it off without effecting the punishment that is DayZ.Dogs sound interesting but I think they're missing the boat.. While those mechanics are nice gimmicks they need to add pet gear.. Dogs can carry items, fluid, and act as an extension to your pack.Path finding and out-of-bounds sounds like it can't be fixed until standalone.
