I completely agree with you on the rules for admins being shit.

Also I've never hacked so I've no reason not to share your opinion. personally the 2 times I got ported to airport with everyone else and killed just like everyone else, ALMOST made me quit the game.

I'm not a hacker, nor would I ever, I don't even enter cheats in games anymore. If you can't win fairly then there's no point.

I like to beat games by coining them,. if you know what coining is you'll know it's not particularly easy and dates back to when games were still unfairly difficult. Which I missed after playing 6 years of warcraft,

So yeah. I completely agree with you, but the facts of the matter are this, I've never hacked, and being accused of such is just futile on the accusers behalf because it just ain't so.

also I was never underhand or sneaky or anything else with regards to chin rubbing,. it's all just paranoia on behalf of others.

I'm ex forces and so was my dad, I've got an exemplary service record and I've never had any negative effects on the world, never been arrested, fired from a job, never been in a fist fight since I was a teen. but I must be a massive hacker just cos people say so, with no evidence to back it up.

anyway I'm done here. Hope you stop the people who ARE hacking,. and hope tabbykatz stops being butthurt.

I just don't agree with you copying the server rules to this thread and state we're doing something wrong as server admins. Running a server is more complicated than that.

The rules simplify it. They're poorly written and do not cater for the fast pace with which the DayZ mod has grown. Furthermore, it may be rebellious, but I'm not going to stand-by whilst idiots try and ruin my servers. People don't post to the dev's when there's hackers on the servers, they look to me.

And you have the opportunity to come here and discuss it with the server admin involved. Which is why (I think) the system works and the ban rules need to be reviewed.

If this had been numerous other games he'd have no redress whatsoever.
