Change your visibility to max and give distant textures a few minutes to load.

I cannot watch the video due to it being blocked in my country.

try adjusting your "Visibility" or whats it called in video options, I currently have mine at 2000, if this doesent work then try fooling around in video settings.

Could be related to the screen tearing issue, or like someone above stated, tweak some video options.. that should sort it out :)

As to everyone saying they can't see the video; I used the Audio Change feature. Seems the song I had playing in the background when I recorded this is heavily copyrighted. Should be fine now!

Visibility is set by the server, but 2000 is good to have.

A recent Arma II beta added distance fog, which stops you seeing past 1000m.
