Which sniper would you use overall if there were no Anti-Mat. Rifles?

No .50's what now?!

SVD, purely for its awesome looks and awesome built-in rangefinding.

DMR. Common ammo, easy to use and it's effective.

M24 - By far the superior non 50 cal sniper rifle in the game.

The ammo is equally as common as DMR ammo (Seeing as how 20 Round DMR ammo splits into four 5x M24 Rounds) and it boasts zeroing capability.

Who needs a built in rangefinder? You can use mildots to rangefind, or use a rangefinder in game.

The only advantage of an SVD Camo is the "Camo" portion.

The M24 is sleak and green anyway.

Camo enough for me.

And besides, as a sniper, I don't need my gun to be camo'd.

By the time a sniper even takes a slight glance at me, he'll be dead, and that's if he even gets a glance.

M24 or a SVD

I don't like the DMR, even though can be used with NV.

SVD does look nice, but like many DMR all the way. I've only had the M14 AIM (DMR without scope) but from my experience it would be better/more reliable with a scope. I also like the DMR's simple look. Not that complicated is a bad thing!:)

I use the DMR over the 50 cals anyway, simply because they stick out like a sore thumb; they are massive and uncamoed. not being seen is the sniper's main weapon and u can see a ghillietard with a 50 cal from miles away
