Hacked Item

I just started playing after taking a LONG break and me and 2 friends started playing. We got 2 guys and we went to go loot them. In a rush, I grabbed all of it but noticed one item with the name of "Horn". Before I realized it I grabbed it and had to run from zombies. Now once i got to a safe zone I an click F and find a weapon mode called "Horn". When I use it, it sounds like a bus horn.

That is the picture of the fire mode. I posted this with hopes of wondering what to do and hopefully it can get fixed for something.

Unless you are in a car, sounds like a hacked item.

It has to be hacked since it had a weird pick up name :/

Won't be fixed until the game uses a different engine.

Well I just died by a hacker so I guess he wants his horn back LOL.
