Is the load time to get back into the game... its kinda sad that is my biggest fear with death in this game right now

Do you spawn while in the load screen? I got major load time. :0

At the very end, around when its Receiving/Setup complete

Yep. To some Perma-death isnt that at all, just Semi-until-i-get-my-gear-back-death. An inconvenience and that is all.
