How to cure cold/cough?

Ok, yeah I know there are antibiotics. I want to know if there is another way? I've literally spent hours trying to find antibiotics. I even got desparate enough to server hop. I've been through probably 20 hospitals and haven't found a single antibiotic.

Is there another way to cure it? Have they removed spawns for antibiotics in this patch? Fucking annoying, actually.

I was reading that 5 min inside a building to warm up helped. not to sure but might be worth a try.

Once you start coughing, you need antibiotics.

Hospitals or tents where they've likely been duped.

Anti-biotics are the only thing that helps with it (I think im not sure if it goes over time or if getting warm helps) They spawn in med tents and hospitals, look around there.
