Are the Fuel tank parts for a ATV important? When yes for what they are?

For holding fuel? If your atvs FT is broken then they are. I spent a few hours looking for an engine part yesterday after finding a fuel tank and four wheels as well as scrap metal, but even with four of us scouting with 3 vehicles we still couldn't find one. I think FTs have the same low spawn rate so yes they are, and best to stock up on.
