- You avoid long grass for fear of "crawlers"

- You ditch the flares in your boat for "safer" chemlights.

- You find yourself rifling through the tent display at Go Out Doors looking for loot.

- You start to crouch an awful lot more.

Went for a wee walk in the forest yesterday.

First I saw some guy coming and first thought "did he see me?", then thought in my mind would he consider me a complete maniac if I yelled "Friendly!".

Then I stalked a deer about a 100m away from me for a few minutes and thought "hey, I even have a knife on me, it could provide food".

And I actually tried running crouched for a while. Not fun.
