Etienne 1 Posted August 1, 2012 Hi every one.Imagine if when you create your character you could take a photo of yourself, and use it for your character's face ? (Of course some adjustment are necessary like to adjust the nose length, etc.)I think it could be awesome to identify player you play with and this add more RP. Also, it's not impossible. And you, what do you think about this ? :)(Sorry for my bad english)
Fraggle (DayZ) 15720 Posted August 1, 2012 I'm lucky because I'm a dead ringer for one of the characters already there. Nice idea though.
krtshv 362 Posted August 1, 2012 Been suggested before already.Don't think it's possible with the ArmA engine.
Lady Kyrah 1110 Posted August 1, 2012 (edited) The game already support this feature.http://forums.bistud...-do-it-in-ArmA2You just put file named face.jpg with proper dimensions (256x256, 512x512 and so on) in your profile folder. And in the game, in your profile, where you select face and voice, you set it to "custom".Template here:http://img524.images...emodelarma2.jpg Edited August 1, 2012 by Lady Kyrah
mr_seacucumber 81 Posted August 1, 2012 Would love to see it more fallout style face creating :)
CerebralZombie (DayZ) 151 Posted August 1, 2012 (edited) It'd be fun and with proper customization to your character. Every server would be in Veteran as players could tell who their friends are without a stupid name tag... Edited August 1, 2012 by CerebralZombie
Etienne 1 Posted August 1, 2012 Been suggested before already.Don't think it's possible with the ArmA engine. So Rocket should add this feature to the stand alone game.
the amazing flight lizard 5 Posted August 1, 2012 You gotta be kidding me. Not possible with the engine? If it was possible way back in Operation Flashpoint, how can it not be done in Arma 2?
