Looking for mature players to start a group

I am currently looking to start a good core group of people to start playing with. I would say around 3, 4 or so at a time, and would like to get a good list of guys going for really any time of the day.

I am 22 from Illinois and have been playing DayZ for a good month now. Looking for a competent group that doesn't randomly afk/watches movies etc in high populated zones and whatnot. Good communication with lots of fun/serious play.

Pretty much only requirements I am looking for is:

-Not being an overly annoying kiddie.

-No hacks.

-Microphone required

-Realize that this IS an alpha game, and not blow up at bugs/hackers. It will happen.

Not looking to start a clan... rather not wear tags or play with players wearing tags. Reason? Personally and from experience, I have got a lot more attention from hackers with tags on.

Silly question but Ill ask anyhoo - Im assuming EU servers are gonna be a no no?

I mostly play on US servers as my ping is normally lower, but not really looking to exclude anyone. Add my steam and I am sure we could play.

I am open to using any voice communication really, excluding Steam's. It is just nice to see who joins in/out while playing with the Teamspeak overlay. I do have Mumble/Ventrilo/Skype as well, and whatever the people playing at the time want to use, I am open for using.

Right now my playtime is pretty random. Just had almost 2 weeks off but tomorrow(roughly 8 hours from now) I start work again and the times that I work fluctuate. Then going back to school mid august so will be playing in the majority afternoon/evening CST. Right now I am on a lot during the evening, and sometimes even later(start at like 10:30 or 11 and play until like 7)

Just get a hold of me if we're both on. Start playing and getting a group started. Not really caring about experience. I've had it all in DayZ and starting from scratch is just as fun, if not more fun. Definitely willing to help others out on how to play and everything.

Mmm, I am not to sure that I would be able to abide by the rules applied. I shoot first, and ask later unless they call out friendly. Then I ease off. Can't trust anyone and definitely not giving someone the kill. I don't kill for fun however. If I feel threatened or want what they have, I try and get it. Not going to snipe people in Elektro/Cherno and not loot them however.

Thanks for the offer anyways, and would be willing to play as long as I am not being barred to the protect/friendly rule 100%.
