Six Updater Installer Information Error

Hi

Whenever I try to install Six Updater it comes up with this.

'Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 Client Package or greater needs to be installed for this installation to continue.'

Error 2732. Directory Manager not initialized

I have tried everything
