2 Accounts - One Main Hive, Other Private Hive

Applicable? Main account on Main Hive, while my other account is on a Private Hive. I do this due to the fact that my friend logs off earlier than I do, and I don't want to leave him when I rejoin the game. Possible?

yes on fun servers, such as DE 229 which i use sometimes

There are some elusive non-hive servers that I can find on the server list if I get lucky. Maybe look for one of those?
