Can't get into two particular servers?

So basically I can join every other server perfectly except for US 669 and NZ 24. When I try to get into them it gets stuck on "Receiving Data" and then it goes "no message received" for up to 145 seconds.

Does anyone know why? I have camps on both of these and it's starting to get annoying :/

EDIT: As of now, it's more than just those two servers, so basically it comes down to the no message received.

Any help?
