Dr. Wily 4 Posted August 1, 2012 My friends and I got tired of hackers from a previous server teleport killing people and finally changed to US 1154 thinking it would go well. The first few days we didn't have many issues. However, the past two days we have dealt with hackers or lame script runners or whoever cheating throughout the server (basically since the patch). I found a couple of their bodies on the coast the other night and found weapons that were not supposed to be in Day Z. I brushed it off and continued though. Today (July 31) they were everywhere though. They were blatantly walking up to people and setting explosive charges and blowing them up on people (while not dying though they were in close proximity). They ran rampant and sniped all day from crazy positions (I didn't think much of this though since we all snipe people and no proof they are hacking obviously). Then they teleport killed everyone on the server and then the admin (who is in on it or pissed off) locked the server except for 8 others (the hackers/cheaters or best friends, though i believe to be the hackers/cheaters based on the number of people we dealt with the past two days). Are my friends and I angry? Obviously. We are more upset though that this is becoming a more common occurrence since the most recent patch (im assuming due to helicopters coming back and the influx of people). The admin took care of the issue and it seems my accusatory tone and remarks to him/her were misguided and rash. I apologize that I accused and aimed this at you. We have seen so much of this lately that we assumed (we know what assuming in this situation made of me) it was the admin. I came back because I figured i would try to give the hackers hell if they were still around if i could but it seems you handled the situation swiftly.
