No one is banned for using non-hack programs (like Fraps, overlays, etc.), picking up or using hacked in-game items, weapons or vehicles, being on a server at the same time as a cheater, or other passive non-cheating activity. I heard someone had complained about our clan and all I want to say is......IT'S AN ALPHA! But to reiterate, we all play for fun, die 100 times with the best stuff and laugh it off and just keep trucking on. We've takin more than enough destruction by hackers to even consider the possibility of hacking, although I will say if I killed a hacker and found a thermal AS50 you're darn straight Ima give it a try, and dont you dare sit here and say you would pass up that kind of chance to try a "loop hole" gun. Besides when you die (becase everyone does eventually unless you stay out of any town) it will just get passed to the next lucky sob, that is if they check your body.

I am part of AWOL, and NONE of us cheat or hack. We worked too hard repariing the 6+ vehicals we had and lost it ALL to hackers to hack ourselves, you think we'd spend over a week finding and fixing this stuff if we could just hack it? They started teleporting everyone who loaded in on the server to "THE THUNDERDOME" where they had people kill each other, because you couldn't get out of that area.

The weapon itself as was stated, was taken off the body of a hacker that got killed. Should it have been destroyed? maybe, what does BATTLE EYE'S website say about people using hacked weapons if they themselves didn't hack the game to get it(ie they kill a hacker and take it) WILL NOT BE BANNED as stated http://battleye.com/support.html . You want to paint us like we're the ones hacking our gear, and we're not. Each and every one of us has worked for what we ALL have as a group, and most of that was taken from us by hackers, so think before you accuse, especially if you're trying to convince people an ENTIRE CLAN is bad because of what you THINK we did. You and your friend tried taking down a squad and failed, that's all that happened. I've been killed more times than I can count by people I never even saw, but I don't accuse them of hacking.

Not an excuse. The weapon should of been dumped onto a zombie's corpse and hidden, or dumped into a backpack that didn't have space so that it was destroyed. I love people who try and justify it by saying "We didn't spawn it in." Ok, cool, but guess what? You're still using the weapon for the same purpose the hacker was going to use it for. He's just the one who applied the script. You're the one applying the weapon to other players, which makes you almost as bad as the scripter himself. I don't give a flying fuck how long you worked for something. We all have spent countless hours in this game. I've seen G36C-SDs, AS50 TWS, M107 TWS, and guess what? I bury the bodies everytime I see it. You think just because you didn't execute a script that you using a hacked weapon with obvious advantages over every other gun in the game is completely ok? No, you're a bitch just like the hackers who spawned it. ;)

Inb4 "you mad". I'm not mad, I just call it like I see it. And the only difference here is who executed the script. The weapon is obviously not in the game, yet you still used it knowing that. Just because battleye doesn't ban players for this, since there are legitimate cases of new players simply not knowing what weapons are in the game to use, doesn't mean someone with experience and knowledge of the game should use it knowing it isn't legit. Plain and simple. You can argue it all day, any way you'd like... doesn't mean I'll buy it. Not even for a penny.

Ever accidentally duped food or water in game? Did you immediately delete it? No? Then you're cheating by using duped items. Ever duped a backpack by putting on a ghilli suit? Yes? Did you delete it? No? Then you are cheating by duping.

Good for you. Doesn't make you any better than him. And the difference with duping is that it's a game bug, and if it happens unintentionally there's nothing I can do about it. If I did it intentionally, then yes that's a problem. You're intentionally using a weapon that is directly tied to hacking, and has obvious advantages over every weapon in the game.. My coyote backpack that got duped when I put on my ghillie suit? That's in the game files. Your AS50-TWS? That's not.

i have just come from this server, searching it on google and this popped up. i was also having problems with members in the clan and server using scripted weapons infact i found an entire camp full of tents all full of scripted in stuff. i have screen shots of the items in the tents and a clan members with the as50 tws and other scripted weapons.

me and a friend were driving past on an atv and we were being shot from the hill in complete darkness i knew straight away they had the as50 tws, my friend he got killed i survived now this clan member thought he had got lucky but he did not expect me to be hiding in wait for him, as he got closer to the atv i lit his ass up and he alt f4'ed like a coward.

Because obviously if a player is on that server he/she is apart of that clan. Please feel free to drop any as50tws on the ground and save the tent. Blow them up, put sandbags on them, run them over ect

i checked the clan ppage and list of players in the clan a couple matched the names i saw in game near these tents, im sorry but something very dodgy is goin on in this server and there aint much more covering up you can do, im not the first to notice this and i bet im not the last.
