I can't say that he hacked to get to Spectator Mode, but that's what you're seeing in the video. Spectator mode is found in the original code. May have been a glitch, or maybe added script.

Lol that's not DayZ, it's not even on the Chernerus map. Anyone can spawn as a bird in the Arma 2 armoury.

You can spawn as a crow in DayZ if there's a glitch or something, that bit is true.
