Problems with bandaging+

I've been playing the mod for about a week now and i have died ALOT!

I can accept that

But twice today i have died from blood loss because i couldnt bandage myself. I seen in the changelog that most items are interacted with by pressing G into gear then right clicking, but it doesnt work.

After the first time i died i checked what was going on and seen the change log but i just died again!. Anyone else having this problem or is it because im a noob?

Yeah it must be that you are missing some file... because you just go into gear and right click on bandages and pick "bandage myself"...
