Script Restriction #55 is in regards to vehicle usage and technically crashing the vehicle, but, it sometimes occurs when you haven't crashed a vehicle at all or you're not even driving the vehicle but are a passenger in the vehicle.

Its one of those really fun bugs when you're flying/riding in a UH1H and suddenly your pilot disappears or you watch someone get ejected from the chopper 500m up in the air...its usually that error that causes it.

I put in a pretty extensive bug report about it but whoever moderates the Bug Reporting forum either decided it wasn't extensive enough, or the error had nothing to do with DayZ and wasn't worth posting for investigation.

There are some posts about it in Server General as well where server admins have offered up some temporary work arounds.
