Our HBF server down?

We ordered our server about 7 hours ago, and the guy told us 1-3 hours and the server is still not up nearly 8 hours later, 5 hours late, anyway our server was bought by [uMad]Matty and i was the secondary admin. When will our server be up? we were told us 1628 will be the server.

Patience mate. They are under heavy strain with all the people ordering from them.

They are getting better service-wise, which is good to see. It took my server 5 hours to get running but this was before the mandatory changes in the config files.

Sit back and chill in the mean-time.

I too can vouch for HFB, they have recently done a lot of changes and the service continues to get better and better. If worst comes to worse you can always open a ticket, and they are on top of that super quick.

I can't seem to login to the site but I can log into that server control panel? Where do i sign up or something?

If you are having issues signing up. Sign up again without ordering and submit a ticket. I will look into your account to see what issue is causing yours.
