Detta (DayZ) 59 Posted July 31, 2012 It's called realism. You would be a shit soldier by the way. Or a survivalist. Whatever requires your skin to split open.
ThatGuyCalledReptile 314 Posted July 31, 2012 The world does go dim and colorless when you die. (I had a heart attack and was legally dead for 4 minutes)If you don't like it don't get that low on blood.

starwarsfan@gmx.de 450 Posted July 31, 2012 Just thought I'd share my opinion about this, see what everyone else thinks. Is anyone else annoyed that their screen goes blurry & white when their blood is low, to the extent that they just want to click the 'respawn' button?I understand that they do this to show that you are in a fatal situation, but humans can detect colours, even when they are about to die.. so what do you guys think?Idea: I think when you are low on blood or about to die, the screen should just shake a little to show that you are dizzy, losing conscience etc. but you should still be able to see colours .. :(Can't you just turn off the post process filters? hazzard65 64 Posted July 31, 2012 Try switching off post processing in your graphics options. This reduces/ eliminates the blur completely.
