1.5.8.4 Low quality menus? (SOLVED)

Since I installed this patch all menus in the game look really low res, like an upscaled 800x600 or something like that. The game itself looks fine and all the graphics settings are either set on High or Very High.

Any ideas?

EDIT: Turns out there were a few settings on the AMD console that were changed for some reason, resetting to default fixed it. Feel free to close/delete this thread.
