Ghillie Suits Don't Work While Running

Just killed a guy fully equiped for sniping with an IR scope, NVG, a sniper, an L8, and a ghillie suit.

I was sneaking around the dam closest to Elektro and I happened to see a ghillie run across my screen. I snuck up on him with my Lee (he was hiding in a building with 2 doors, lol), and looted.

Then 10 seconds later his friend who I had thought I saw before logged back in. Killed him too.

It seemed that the first guy tabbed out, he didn't seem very responsive to my footsteps. Guessing they weren't in teamspeak/skype/vent either.

I thought so, too.. But he wrote the L85 and "IR Scope" separately. Same with the Rangefinder.

Sorry for the confusion, noob here.

So then later, as I'm scoping into Elektro for kicks, my adventure truly begins (I'm standing on the hill across from the factory).

I watch as a sniper tries to kill an unarmed, but gets killed by a zombie. Lols.

A couple minutes later, a squad of snipers come and try to take the hill. I they fire at me and I immediately hear where they are. About 150 meters away is a person hiding being a tree in a ghillie. Killed him. Then his 2 friends come and try to flank me, and I snipe another one. I try to find their bodies, and then the last sniper charges at me, and in a quick gunfight he's dead and I'm left with broken legs and 400 blood.

So at this point, I'm just happy to survive.

I search around for any other bandits and finally rest and put down a fireplace to cook some meat. (MISTAKE)

After a while and still unable to figure out how to cook the meat, a person crawling approaches me. He says he is friendly (MISTAKE) and I hesitate to shoot because he was unarmed.

That moment, I am sniped. He rages at me when I'm dead, so I figured he must be one of the snipers that I killed during the firefight.

Must be pretty mad to return to where I killed him to kill me. Was a good run though.
