i saw a few peoples with a camo suit not gillie.

desert uniform.

how can i get that and how can i be bandit?

You have to travel back in time.

EDIT: While you are back in time, you could post this in the new players forum. And also, kill Hitler.

The game was changed - meaning it doesn't work the way it use to. You no longer "turn into a bandit"
