Questions about server logs

I since I don't have a server myself. I was curious as to what admins can see in them. No I won't talk about hacking or any of that shit... But:

1. If I were to head to someone's cam and blow it up, and leave no evidence behind, would the server logs show I blew it up?

2. If I were to snipe someone, would the server logs show I killed that person?

So you blew up a friend's / your clans camp, and sniped someone that objected and you want to know if your friend/clan can catch and ban you.
