US 515 - Z3ltu & Sheperd - Restart after death

A member of our clan found a camp full of tents and vehicles. We gathered a few clan members and began the march to raid together. While we were moving the admin restarted the server to fix the long loading time(it worked). After we all rejoined, we arrived at the site shortly. Upon arriving the admins spotted us and killed 2 members as one of our killed the two admins. As we started our raid nearly a minute after the admins were killed the server kicked everyone out.

Our question is: Why would the hosts restart the server within 5 minutes of the last restart unless they were doing it to keep us from looting the camp after their death?

Server is STILL down. Admins blacklisting us while they get back and move the camp and probably removing our camp unless they have taken it down for some reason.

In the end no one cares, they paid for their server so obviously they want an advantage at their home turf.
