AS50 TWS hacked weapon?

I just want to make sure I don't get banned...

A friend and I killed a bandit and he had a AS50 TWS... is this a hacked weapon?

What are you supposed to do if you find a hacked weapon?

If there is a place to report such things I have the approximate time, the player name and the server that we were playing on.

In the name of good god, Just use the searchfunction...

You cant get banned for using hacked items only for hacking them in.

Yes it is a hacked weapon. You should kill a zombie, put it on the corpse and then hide body.

Not completely true Norrenka, If you are "finding" hacked weapons all the time, you may be flagged and investigated. Seen it stated before but with so many posts gone since the site update, I cannot find it so I may have dreamed it.

You cant get banned for picking up a whatever inventory a hacker has already spawned. [i think].

It's not bannable, but it's incredibly fucking unfair to use an AS-50 with Thermal and that's why only hackers bring them into the game.

If you continue to use it, more power to you, but holy shit that's ridiculously stupid.

You'll all be pleased to know I was having some issues (couldn't eat) so I relogged and the AS-50 was gone. It was actually a relief.
