Hello there

a. are you sure you've correctly installed the patch?

b. are you running the correct .bat file?

a. I downloaded and run it. Everything went okay.

The beta patch is installed in beta folder. Copy the Arma2OA.exe from Beta folder and replace the ones in ARMA 2 OA folder. Thats the solution.
