Picking up an invisible gun with no ammo

I killed a bandit wandering around elektro, when i looted his body i picked up a rocket launcher on his body. The gun was invisible and had no ammo, thus rendering it useless. I did nothing with the gun other than die shortly after. I understand the need to be strict on hackers but there needs to be a way to keep a record of where the gun was picked up or something so players don't get punished for playing the game properly.

what kind of reply are you expecting? i don't see any questions in your post.

if you are worried about getting banned for picking up a hacked weapon, don't be.

you only get banned for actual hacking. not looting hacked corpses or stuff that cheaters spawned.
