Since the 1.7.2.4 update I have played on 2 different servers, both of them have had massive texture fucks. For example, I run into the stary tents and im barraged with a bunch of fuck on my screen.

heres a soultion = Look into the glitch go to video options set your video options to something different, let it settle then change it back... boom

It is a glitch with Arma and not DayZ just wait it out. My temporary solution is to just relog in the server or move to a different one.

Locate the Arma 2 folder in “My Documents” and look for a config file named “Arma2oa.cfg”. Open the file in notepad and change line value AToC=x to AToC=0. That should fix the problem.

u can set atoc in the video settings after the patch that came out a week ago... disabling ( =0 ) doesnt fix the problem for me or my mates, cause we set atoc to disabled after the patch came out already but still get artifacts

While in game hold shift and hit the minus key (-) on your number pad the type "flush" This clears your VRAM and (usually) fixes this glitch.

It doesn't fix it (the flush function). It sometimes helps and sometimes makes it worse. I must've tried it 50 times.

if u change the graphic option HDR, it works temporary. the "flush" command does not work every time, the glitch mostly just changes in color or something. also restarting the game fixes it temporary if u looked into the glitch when logging of. getting thie error on almost every airfield and also in cherno wich made the game just unplayable for me atm.

It's related to the textures for the military corpses. Something is missing and it causes the engine to freak out. There is no solution. Wait for bis to patch it again.
