Just wanted to update.

Got the ticket responded too (fast as always). We'll definitely spend more time looking for the vehicles, we had a clean server and searched for a few hours in spots we always encounter them on other server. I'm guessing there must just be a few different vehicle location profiles of sorts.

Besides that, our server appears to be down at the moment - cant access it from the control panel. Not sure if this is related at all. I have a ticket in.

But I do want to say, overall you guys are great and definitely deserve more business!

Our server seattle 23 seems to be having issues.. it hangs for several minutes at waiting for host, once you can get into the lobby you cannot enter the game it then hangs at waiting to create character. It ran great last night however so hopefully this can be resolved shortly.

Yes. Unless you're an older customer. Then you might not have the Control Panel.

Was trying to fix my DayZ server on dedicated server when I lost connection to it, how long does it usually take to get a dedicated server back? Submitted a ticket but all I got back was that my network card is out and I have to update the drivers, how am I supposed to do this when I can't even access it through RDP.

your server was rebooted. you should have your rdp access back i verified it once the reboot was successful. Your server has a 1gbps port which means you need to update its network driver cards or this will keep happening. The default drivers that come with windows do not work that grate for that card.

i can connect to your server. Of course i dont know the new pass so i cant login all the way in but the server is accepting remote connections and the server can be pinged.

Just purchised one from you guys hope its up soon im just ready to have a home server. I pay my bills but sadly the last 2 servers i picked to be my home got shut off. Thanks for providing this service now i can help more people play and make sure my home server never gets shut down due to non payment.

So long as you follow the server hosting rules and you keep up with your payments, your server won't be shut down.

We are a bit behind. we got over 15 servers setup last night and should get most setup today. just got to give it time.

Keep in mind guys, other server providers are known to take a week to set up a server.

Yeah I got the rule's down what i meant was the last 2 servers i chose to live on "not hosted by me" got shut down. I wont be letting that happen its not fair to the people who live there.
