Found a ghillie suit and my Alice pack vanished, is that normal?

It actually magically converted itself back into a Coyote starter pack thing, so I have no idea what happened there?

Not sure if that is meant to happen or I got glitched out of my Alice pack and everything that was in it, since - y 'know it just vanished into thin air n stuff.

The ghillie suit hides your bag, but you should still have the 20 slots the A.L.I.C.E bag is supposed to give you. It is a bug if you only have 8 slots in your bag now, although i have never heard of that bug.

I think you mean, the bag is visibly gone but if you go to gear it is there? Although, the bag has been replaced with a patrol pack when you DID have an Alice? That's not normal, it does get hidden with the Gillie but it should not change :(

Best to put the bag on the floor first then pick it back up.

Guys, i have experienced this as well. There is a bug that when u equip a ghillie when you have a bigger pack than the 8-slot one, it disappears not only visually but in your inventory as well!

You guys are misunderstanding OP.

Sometimes if you put on a clothes, your bag will be destroyed and replaced by the small coyote pack.

It's a bug. You're just unlucky. You're officially an alpha tester now.

First drop your backbag to ground and then equip ghillie -> then pickup the bagback.

I'm afraid that you just lost your Alice bag just as I did with my first ghillie.

Mine got destroyed & replaced with standard coyote patrol bag when I equiped ghillie.

It happens a lot to a few of my friends, best bet is to drop your backpack before equipping the clothes.

You might even get the bug i have, every time i change my clothes after dropping my coyote backpack it doubles and i get two, now i play the coyote backpack fairy and drop them in random tents i see.

Actually, no. Any clothing has a higher chance of destroying your equipped pack than dropping it does. This applies to camo, ghillie AND civilian clothing.

For extra safety when dropping your current pack, use an existing loot spawn and access it. Click your pack at the bottom of your inventory list, and then the left arrow to move it to the ground. Equip your clothing and then pick up the pack again, by accessing the gear on the ground and using the right arrow on the backpack.
