Respawn button while unconsious

We need respawn button enabled for uncousious people. Yesterday i joined game and fell unconsious right after spawn. I stopped bleeding at 900 blood and had to wait 1 hour to die from starving.

Edit: The reason I had to wait was that bar wasn´t going down.

won't it make bodies to disappear? 'cause bodies disappearing during the fight is a big problem
