Server teleporting?

Hello!

Im just asking a quick question.

My friend has a dayZ server and he is wondering if he can teleport. I know server admins cant teleport (a said on other threads) but can server owners? Like by using console or something.

Ha, there's no console of use in DayZ that I know of. Admins nor server techs can teleport, give items and or kill players remotely. Characters are all run via HIVE including vehicles and tents. Hackers that run scripts can teleport you and themselves spawn and or create ammo boxes with high end items in them that are in DayZ or not in DayZ aswell as godmode and many others.

Hope I extended upon aboves answer.

As far as I know, they cannot teleport without hacks.

Even if they could, they wouldn't be allowed to as it provides them with an unfair advantage over other players.

Same reason you can't lock your server.
