Ive purchased the 40 dollar a month 40 slot server, and these guys are amazing. Support ticket turn around time is amazing. Initial setup time was great, there was an 8 hour delay, but it was communicated to me prior. LOVE THEM, give them a shot.

I've been waiting 5 hours simply to get a response on a support ticket.

My server has been down since 1:15PM, no response from their support team whatsoever.

Not saying I don't like HA, but every time our server stops talking to the rest of the internet it takes like 8 hours for anyone to do anything about it.

I recently bought a server from Host Altitude. Not only did I recieve a server that had a pre-used number, everything on the map was in the same position as the previous owners left it.
