Initial setup time was great, there was an 8 hour delay, but it was communicated to me prior. semipr0 402 Posted July 29, 2012 I've been waiting 5 hours simply to get a response on a support ticket.My server has been down since 1:15PM, no response from their support team whatsoever.Not saying I don't like HA, but every time our server stops talking to the rest of the internet it takes like 8 hours for anyone to do anything about it.
