Have your rig specs? It shouldn't be doing that. Make sure your not using the in-game SMAA and the sweetfx smaa at the same time. What settings do you run the game on? No matter what type of rig, getting arma to run over 60fps is quite tough.

Whatever you do, DONT TURN IT OFF. :) F12 is the default key binding for turning it off and on! You must have done something wrong. Can you show us what it did?

I'm not completely sure. Sounds like you need more advanced support. You should post in the download thread, so omni can really help you out.
