When you release officially, obviously the tm items will have to go.

May I suggest going the Wacky Packages route? Something like Mountain Goo, Joke, etc.

actually i have to assuem that hes right. when rocket goes standalone hes either going to have to pay $$$ to get license agreement to use the ™'s or hes going to need to change them to something else.

im sure he already knows this however as hes made a joke about coke and pepsi getting him.

Yeah they probably already have this covered, but they won't even be able to pay to keep using them.
