AS50 TWS?

Found an AS50 TWS on some dead chick in Cherno and been using it. Someone told me it's not a dayz rifle? Want to know if I need to ditch it or not ... although the Infrared on it is awesome :\.

You don't HAVE to drop it, as log as you didnt spawn it in. But it all depends on if you're comfortable using a hacked in and obviously brokenly OP (in dayz) gun.

It's hacked in, we've had a few we took of script kiddies we killed.

It IS theoretically possible to be global banned for it but as far as I'm aware that's unlikely and appealable if you do as you didn't script it.

That said you WILL likely be banned from any server you use it on as I doubt you'll have much luck appealing those.

We sure as hell will warn you to drop it then ban you if you go around using it.

Shame really as yes...we LOVE it XD, but the fact no one else can get one (unless they kill you) isn't really fair....

That is like saying its ok for me to use it as long as my friend hacks it in for me.

Well the problem is you can't seriously expect everyone to know what weapons are legal and ban anyone who picks up one that is hacked in.

Sure you could get your friend to hack you one in, then your friend will get global banned and that hacked gun cost you £20 so yeah go for it...XD

Fact is rocket said that as long as you didn't spawn it it is fair game. Problem is server admins will still ban you and you know your using a broken gun.
