Server with no vehicles respawning?

The vehicles and coma are not showing up anywhere on my server. And havent seen a vehicle other than ATV in a long time. is there a way to role a server back to the start?

Shutdown and bring your server back up. Vehicles have a respawn timer, and don't all respawn at once when the server starts up.
