Zombies " T " Posing and half way underground.

Yeah, everytime I play all the zombies are in a " T " pose and are gliding under the ground with their bodys half way out. Until they start running at me, then they sprint to me and then when they attack they tpose back into the floor then continue to chase me. It's really annoying and I was wondering if it was fixable?

I had some of these issues the first time I played - I just had to reinstall the anim rar.
