Yea, I was in a group of 3 people and we by a dam. My friend got gunned down and me and my other buddy ran into another shack. After five minutes we hear a rocket launch and blow us and the small building up.

I have found rocket ammunition as well in military areas and my buddy has found an empty rocket.

I heard you can cause rubble to fall and such, and that's why sometimes there's rubble in front of ATC towers and sometimes there's not.
