i downloaded this game and so did my brother we both have our own laptops but when we go ingame it counts us as one player can u only have like the one char per ip address or something?

There is no limit on how many characters you have on an IP address but did you both buy ARMA 2 on different accounts? You probably cant use the same account for 2 people.

What do you mean that it "counts us as one player"

They need to be linked to separate steam accounts, just on the off chance you bought them and installed using the same account.

we both got different steam acc's and i mean say i died and my *brother* logs on with his laptop it will count him dieing also like if something happens to one of us it affects us both
