Barbed Wire

I've encountered several instances where players block entrances to stores or buildings with barbed wire. Is there anyway to get past barbed wire other than the toolbox?

Yer sometimes you can climb over it, But otherwise no. On my noob days I quit out while in the Mosque in Cherno, when I relogged back in some moron put barbed wire across the door, so I was basically stuck in there, Had to suicide. But now, I dont even enter any of the cities, you get all you need at little villages, barns and deer huts, and a crashed chopper or 2.

You usually find toolboxes in sheds or a supermarket.
