I saw this in the change log

* [FIXED] Players switched to non-player skins (by hackers) sync to database (updates no longer saved for objects non-authorized skins)

What?

I have a skin that looks like the military zombies in military locations (obviously) and crash sites...

I got it from an ammo crate I found near Cherno, I realised it was hacked a day or so later, I'm confused as to what this will mean for me.

Any information on what this actually means?

What this means is the hackers can't spawn in as a priest on using any skin that is not part of the mod.

It was a clothing item near an ammo box, the ammo box had an L85 and two other weapons in... I took the L85. I've now lost it through my tent eating it but I'm obviously not going to lose my clothing (unless I find a ghillie).

And thanks Broadsword, I was worried it'd punish me for being "a hacker" when it was sheer luck.

I don't think so, I'm not speaking of the boxes that look like an M249 Mag, I'm talking about a green-ish small crate looking item, it was near cherno, placed near a crashed vehicle. At the time I thought the crashed convoy idea had been implemented but I later found it was most likely a hacker spawning them in.
