When the pool started you were obligated to answer all of the 3 question. So people outside the scope of 10-18 are also included.

you still have to vote on all 3, but if it's not your age group you're supposed to vote "not applicable"

I know. When someone asks me my age, I almost say 30 every time... Then in disbelief I say 31, when did this happen? I do the math in my head to confirm this every time.
