The "danger" in the game is what makes the game so fun for me. The two guys who brought me to the game, taught me to abort from the get go.. Finally I told them we aren't even playing the game if we keep disconnecting. Haven't done it since.

Welcome to dayz. It's the m107 curse. First one I found killed me too. I'm not sure how or why ...but when I logged in, i was a new spawn on the beach. No biggie, time for your new adventure!

I'll reserve my judgement when I see in game footage and play beta. Until then, all i see are empty promises.

They openly admit day z influencing a lot of additions and changes. As for the rest of their information, I will believe them when I see proof. Not having in game footage at this point is very shady. What really got me excited about Warz is how the competition will push dayz to the next level quicker.

A few days ago I killed 3 out of a group of 4 with my m107, 4th guy dc'd. I camped their bodies for 30 to an hour. Once I killed two of them going back to their corpse, I went in for the quick loot. I didn't have to loot them since I'm decked out but the thrill of doing so makes it worth while. The fear of death is what makes the game so fun. Who cares if you die? As long as you had a few good adventures, it all begins again after death. The only loot I get attached to is my guille suit.
